What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping is deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free. Worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details on our Returns page.
Can I exchange something?
Yes, and exchanges ship free. But please note due to hygenie reasons worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Email support@mostlyfine.com with your order number to get started.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere. US orders ship free (ground). International orders ship at a flat rate, and any VAT or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
How long until my order ships?
In-stock pieces ship within 2 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date listed at checkout. Made-to-order pieces ship in 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you offer discounts or run sales?
No. No codes, no flash sales, no Black Friday. Keeping our prices straightforward is how we keep them fair. That said, keep an eye on the influencers we work with — they occasionally have access to free expedited shipping.
Do you sell through retailers?
No. Mostly Fine is direct to consumer only. If you're seeing it somewhere else, it isn't us.
What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a gemstone originally discovered in a meteor crater. It's now lab-grown, and it's one of the hardest substances on earth. It sparkles more than diamond, doesn't scratch, doesn't cloud, and exists without a century of baggage telling you what it's supposed to mean. It's not a substitute for anything. It's its own thing.
What is vermeil?
Sterling silver with a thick layer of 18k gold (2.5 microns). More durable than standard gold plating. The gold will wear gradually over time with heavy use, which is normal. Treat it well and it lasts.
