Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 21 days, unworn, original packaging
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, unworn, original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn are final sale
How to Complete a Return
Head over to the footer and click "Start a return or exchange" or email us with the following:
To return jewelry item(s):
1. Email support@mostlyfine.com with the following subject line: Return Requested Order Number: xxx
2. After we approve your return, we'll send you your shipping label via email within 1 business day. Please pack your order (including pouches & gift boxes) and mail it back.
3. Your refund will post 2-3 days after delivery.
