Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.

Returns
Send it back within 21 days of delivery. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you within one business day. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your piece, your refund posts to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

Exchanges same window, no shipping cost. Email us and we'll sort it.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If yours arrived damaged or defective, that's a different story. Email us.
